Who We Are
Lattimore’s Renovation & Home Repair began in 2016 as a small home repair service built around creative problem solving, detailed workmanship, thoughtful repairs, and small remodeling projects.
Over time, bathroom renovations and wood rot repair became a larger part of what we do. As our experience grew, so did the scope of our projects. Today, we focus on full scale renovations, including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, whole home updates, and specialty repair work.
As a husband and wife team, we bring a unique blend of skill, perspective, and personal care to every project.
Karson is our licensed general contractor. He brings hands-on skill, a lifetime of construction knowledge, and a steady approach to complex renovations. He has a gift for creative problem solving, especially in older homes and challenging renovations where the details really matter.
Lacey is a licensed occupational therapist who brings a deep understanding of functionality, accessibility, and how people move through their homes. Her background allows us to offer thoughtful aging in place recommendations that support long term comfort, safety, and independence.
Together, we approach each renovation with care.

Because renovation costs depend on the scope of work, existing conditions, material selections, and subcontractor pricing, we cannot always make a project fit a specific number without adjusting the scope. If your budget and desired scope are not aligned, we will be honest with you and help identify options that may be a better fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
How do you handle subcontractors?
We have long-standing relationships with most of the subcontractors we use. Many of them have worked with us for years, which makes a big difference in how smoothly a project runs. They understand our expectations, how we communicate, and how we like our job sites managed.
Because we are responsible for the project as the General Contractor, we use our own vetted subcontractors rather than client-supplied trades. This helps us keep the project organized, properly insured, and consistent from start to finish. We’re always happy to collaborate with your designer or talk through selections, but the trade work itself stays with the team we know and trust.
